Browse our collections on line and add items to your shopping cart. When you are done proceed to the checkout page and fill in your information. Upon receiving your wardrobe selection we will verify your order by telephone (within 24 hours between the hours of 10 am and 5 pm (Eastern Time) Monday through Friday) to ensure that your needs have been met. Feel free to ask your professional shopping consultant any questions you may have about your purchase now or in the future.
How can I pay for my goods?
We accept Visa and MasterCard. Orders maybe placed online through our secured payment gateway.
How much will delivery cost?
The following delivery costs apply to all points in Canada with our express delivery service.
- $15 delivery when you spend less than $250 before taxes.
- $25 delivery when you spend $250 to $1000 before taxes.
- Free delivery when you spend over $1000 before taxes.
Note: A
$10 delivery charge will apply when purchasing one or more
Gift Certificates without a clothing purchase.
Do you deliver to my area?
We deliver to anywhere in Canada.
How long will delivery take?
Providing the goods you wish to order are in stock, our standard delivery is usually 3-4 days.
While we do our very best, we do contract our delivery services to third party couriers. This means that delivery times are NOT guaranteed and we cannot be held liable for late deliveries.
The cost of returning unwanted goods is the responsibility of the customer.
What if an item is not in stock when I place my order?
If we are unable to provide the product you ordered we will phone you and offer an alternative product. We will never send you an alternative product without first discussing another option with you.
How do I return unwanted goods?
If you are not completely satisfied with items you have ordered over the web, you can return your goods for any reason providing:
- The goods are returned to us within 7 days of receipt by you.
Merchandise returned more than 7 days after the date of purchase will not be eligible for a return.
- The goods are in their original condition AND the garment tags remain intact.
- You have obtained a Return Authorization Number (RAN) from us BEFORE returning the goods.
To obtain a RAN from us please email us at customer@toniplus.com.
- The RAN must be clearly visible on the outside of the return packaging.
- Return delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer.
What do I do if goods are delivered damaged or missing in transit?
It is important that you inspect the packaging of goods before you sign the delivery driver's consignment notes. Please check to ensure that the number of parcels on the delivery note corresponds with the parcels delivered and ensure that goods found to be damaged are signed for as "damaged".

How secure are my credit card details?
When you are ready to make a payment you will be automatically transferred to our secure payment server, which is indicated by a padlock icon appearing on your web browser window. Your credit card numbers and personal information is encrypted during the transaction. If you have any questions regarding security, which are not addressed in our

What if I've placed an order but haven't had an email confirmation?
Please contact us at
customer@toniplus.com or call your personal shopping consultant as early as possible can so we can confirm your order details. This normally only occurs when the email address provided during the order form payment process was typed incorrectly. We will amend your email address as soon as contact is made.
Why was I asked for a “Security Code” when entering my credit card details? And where do I find the security code information?
On Visa and MasterCard credit cards, this number appears on the back of the card at the top of the signature strip. The security code consists of the last 3 digits.
This information is used as an additional form of security for the retailer and the card holder and is used to verify the integrity of the transaction.

How do I know what size to buy?
Our stock comes from a variety of designers. Each designer has their own product sizing. You can find the size chart for the corresponding designer(s) you are interested next to each item's size selection. There is no consensus on garment sizing across the industry, so designers do vary somewhat.
If you are unsure about which size to buy, you can ask the fashion consultant who is handling your order.
We may ask you you to measure yourself (see our
Fit Tips page), so that we can help you choose the best size.
