Walking into Toni Plus... is like coming home. The sales associates are always glad to see me. (The store manager) often calls to update me on what's new and if she received something that I've told her I need. She selects things that she knows I will like before I get there. Much of the time, she has selected exactly the right thing. It's service with a smile! I love it!

This past Christmas, my Mother-in-Law went into (a Toni Plus store) looking for a gift for me. She was amazed after mentioning my name that not only did they have specific suggestions, they also chose the correct size. No exchange necessary.

The selection covers my business and casual needs. I also love the jewelry and accessories for myself and for gifts. I like leaving the store with a complete outfit. It's a huge time saver.
