Store Refund & Exchange Policy
Regular priced merchandise returned with all price tags attached within 7 days of purchase with sales receipt will receive a full refund. Store refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for price paid. Regular priced merchandise returned within 14 days of purchase for exchange or credit note.
Sale merchandise returned with all price tags attached within 7 days of purchase with sales receipt for exchange or credit note.
Merchandise without original receipt will be issued a credit note on the current selling price. Merchandise returned more than 14 days after the date of purchase will not be eligible for a return.
Special occasion fashions, accessories and hosiery are final sale.
Online Refund and Exchange Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with items you have ordered over the web, you can return your goods for any reason providing:
- The goods are returned to us within 7 days of receipt by you.
Merchandise returned more than 7 days after the date of purchase will not be eligible for a return. - The goods are in their original condition AND the garment tags remain intact.
- You have obtained a Return Authorization Number (RAN) from us BEFORE returning the goods.
- To obtain a RAN from us please email us at customer@toniplus.com.
- The RAN must be clearly visible on the outside of the return packaging.
- Return delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer.
